  We loved the hotel! The location was perfect for getting around. The staff was helpful and the rooms clean and roomy. Great gift shop. We loved the book exchange, breakfast and the hot tub Changes we would make....hot tub stay open til 11pm, change breakfast up a little, it was the SAME for five days in a row. Free parking was the best!! Safe and saved lots of money and time. Would stay again and recommend to others.

  Super clean outdoor hot tub, basic room, clean and modern. no payperview, no hair dryer but loved it anyway and would defiantly stay again. so close to town did not ...

  Super clean outdoor hot tub, basic room, clean and modern. No Payperview, no hair dryer but loved it anyway and would defiantly stay again. So close to town did not need a car at all. Non smoking hotel and you could tell, no stinky anywhere. Spa rooms very modern & clean. Basic lobby no rest. but who needs that in such a n awesome restaurant town. Front desk was very helpful with picking restaurants and take out which the town has a service for in room delivery. Ate at the Pub that was built in Ireland , great prices & live music. I love Banff. Underground parking very nice, elevator was not working but was being fixed and breakfast room was beautiful and had great coffee but was fresh & basic. No hot food.

  Stayed here for 3 nights. Had a ""superior room"" which was very spacious with a seperate sitting area. The room was clean and the hotel staff are very friendly. The hotel offers a great complimentary breakfast. Location of hotel is also great; it is one block from the heart of downtown Banff. Hotel also offers free underground parking (the spaces are somewhat tight so having a small vehicle is suggested).
